Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to Department Head in a well-organized and timely manner

  • Schedule appointments with both internal and external parties

  • Ensure smooth and adequate flow of information within Retail Portfolio Team and provide general administrative support to facilitate daily operations

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures. Maintain department databases and records

  • Compile and prepare major presentations, analysis and reports on a regular basis

  • Track stock and procurement of office supplies

  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline

  • At least 1 year of full-time work experience secretarial experience is preferred

  • Strong co-ordination and communication skills

  • Proficient in MS applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel and familiar with AI tools

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua preferred
