Retail Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Retail Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

This role plays a key part through CRM initiatives and retail marketing activities.If you&aposre passionate about luxury retail, bilingual, and enjoy collaborating across teams, wed love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Clienteling

• Manage the Longchamp Family CRM program
• Support retail staff in clienteling initiatives and customer engagement

Website Content & Localization

• Translate and review website content to ensure accuracy

Retail Marketing Support

• Review and edit EDM and DM materials
• Assist in executing retail events such as VIP tea gatherings

Desired Candidate Profile

Knowledge

• Familiarity with CRM, retail marketing processes, and basic website management

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), project coordination, Fluent in Mandarin and English with strong writing and speaking abilities.

Abilities

• Detail-oriented, collaborative, self-motivated, and able to work across functions
