Job Description

Supervise, motivate and lead a team of sales representatives
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental and organizational goals
Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for the sales team
Monitor sales performance, analyze data and report key metrics
Manage customer relationships and resolve any customer issues or complaints
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient sales processes
Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to maintain a competitive edge

Previous experience in a supervisory role within sales
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Problem-solving aptitude and analytical capabilities
Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or related field
3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Must be able to work on weekend and public holidays
