Responsible Officer (RO) Type 9, Private Equity (Hong Kong)

Our client is an asset management firm that covers multi-asset investments for family offices, HNWI clients etc. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an investment manager for private equity investment and act as RO Type 9 for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the team to cover private equity investment process from origination, execution to portfolio monitoring
• Work with senior management to help source potential investment opportunities
• Conduct due diligence, financial modelling to evaluate potential investments
• Collaborate with various stakeholders on legal, tax, financing, deal structures, negotiation process etc
• Monitor portfolio performance and market trend
• Work with other team to support fundraising and marketing presentations to investors
• Act as Type 9 Responsible Officer to ensure compliance with SFC regulations and internal policies

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management or other disciplines.
• At least 5 years of Private Equity, Venture Capital investment experience.
• Strong experience in valuation, financial modelling, transaction experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with business acumen.
• Strong presentation and communication skills Fluent in Chinese and English.
