Job Description

The Centre for Health Education and Health Promotion is now inviting applications for the post of Research Assistant.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor%27s degree or above in Public Health, Health Sciences, Social Science or related disciplines (ii) preferably with experience in public speaking (iii) good organisational and communication skills (iv) a good command of both Cantonese and English and (v) strong initiative and teamwork spirit.

The appointee will be involved in (a) developing and delivering talks, workshops and training sessions on health-related topics (b) preparing educational materials and content for health promotion activities (c) assisting in the implementation of health promotion and research projects (d) assisting in data management and basic analysis of collected research data and (e) performing other project-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for one year, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
