Research Assistant I in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 533512) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Biology or Health Sciences, preferably with experience in medical research, molecular biology, cellular biology, cell culture and transfection, in vivo drug treatment, statistical analysis and/or basic laboratory techniques (e.g. ELISA tests, PCR). They should also have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. The appointee will coordinate research projects on female genital tract microbiome, conduct research on in vitro and in vivo bioassay for implantation-related study, and assist in maintaining the smooth running of a research laboratory.
