Relationship Manager

Job Description

This global financial exchange platform is looking for a relationship manager to acquire new clients and growthese accounts through a value-driven approach. There will be warm leads generated from marketing team. This position will focus on Greater China market and will report to global team lead.

Job Responsibilities:

• Exceed individual and team KPI targets in deposits, volume, and revenue.
• Engage, retain, and expand your customer portfolio via different channels, including social selling
• Build professional, trustworthy relationships with clients, keeping them informed about our developments.
• Identify and research potential prospects
• Facilitate efficient sales activities using available tools and insights
• Offer feedback on customer needs, expectations, and frustrations
• Enhance your knowledge of financial markets and the company's offerings
• Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
• Adhere to all compliance and security requirements

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Familiarity with financial markets is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage and meet the expectations of affluent clients
• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or cold calling is a plus
