What You Will Do:

  • Manage a sophisticated, fast-moving product portfolio with substantial demand seasonality, high promotional volumes across several channels, and reformulations.
  • Determine whether more regional sell-in opportunities are feasible within the frozen planning horizon.
  • Proactively identify supply shortages compared to projections, collaborating with regional stakeholders to create workable alternatives and with global teams to reduce risks.
  • Actively participate in the ongoing development of inventory-balancing and supply-planning procedures, instruments, and systems.
  • Work closely with the logistics and demand planning teams to identify supply-chain constraints and forecast variations in order to minimize stock-outs and prevent the accumulation of excess or obsolete inventory.
  • Make sure that products are available on schedule, and for any things that are delayed, develop strong backup plans or alternate sourcing choices.
  • To incorporate new-launch considerations into the Sales & Operations Planning agenda, collaborate with the New Product Development Controller.
  • To promote uniform methods of collaboration across regional and global operations, collaborate closely with the global supply planning team.
  • Interact directly with business stakeholders to maximize stock-holding choices and efficiently handle extraordinary or pressing requests.
  • As the company grows, maintain expert-level competence in supply planning tools and systems to support the function's continuous development (people, process, and technology).

Candidate Profile:

  • At least 5 years of expertise in supply chain planning scope.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical abilities are needed.
  • outstanding interpersonal and written communication abilities.
  • well-organized, meticulous, analytical, numerate, and capable of solving problems.
  • Adaptable to new circumstances and direction changes and at ease with uncertainty.
  • strong team player, genuine commerciality, an entrepreneurial spirit, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • It is necessary to speak Mandarin, Cantonese, and English fluently.
