Regional Service Administrator (1-year contractor)

The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Job Description

1. Observe and execute the service business processes and procedures.
2. Follow the defined SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) business processes to collect the billable and contract revenues and achieve the quarterly and yearly targets.
3. Reduce the billable collection cycle time.
4. Maintain and update the customer information and installed base in SAP CRM.
5. Provides administrative support to department managers.
6. Handle billing and GUI (Government Uniform Invoice) tasks.
7. Any other tasks assigned by the manager as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
1. BS degree of Business Administration or equivalent.

2. Minimum 2 years of related working experience.

3. Quotation, PO and revenue collection experiences.

4. SAP/CRM hands-on experience is a plus.

5. Strong customer engagement skills via phone and email communications

6. Good command of English and communication skills.

7. Advanced MS office Excel skills.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Level Degree and 2 years related work experience
