What's the role
The successful candidate will report to Regional HR Director - C&B and oversees full-spectrum HR operations including payroll, benefits, mobility, and compliance. Support C&B team in manage international assignees, drive employee well-being and recognition initiatives, and ensure accurate Workday data and headcount reporting by collaborating cross-functionally to support audits, forecasts, and global mobility policies.
What does the role involve
HR Operations & Compensation and Benefits (C&B)
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Maintain employee data, administer monthly payroll, MPF contributions, benefit administration, annual bonus, and merit review cycles.
- Coordinate Mercer data submissions, annual tax filings, and support internal and external audits.
- Lead compliance-related HR projects and ensure adherence to relevant regulations and company policies and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Employee Mobility - Manage international assignees within our regional office.
- Prepare salary proposals, cost projections, and employment contracts for approval.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to facilitate job offers for assignees.
- Liaise with global mobility vendors to support end-to-end relocation processes for assignees and their families.
- Partner with the Global Mobility Team to implement and apply global mobility policies and assignment frameworks.
Employee Recognition & Well-being - Promote a culture of recognition and manage the well-being program.
- Work closely with the employee resource group and develop and execute the annual engagement and well-being plan.
Workday & Headcount Management - Maintain accurate employee records in Workday.
- Support the consolidation of HR-related expenses for Rolling Forecast (RF) submissions.

Why should you apply
- Diploma or above in a relevant discipline such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally with a strong track record in managing expatriate employees and international assignments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite hands-on experience with Workday is essential. Familiarity with data analysis tools is a strong advantage.
- Highly proficient in written and verbal communication skills in both English and Cantonese, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse audiences.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently, while also thriving in collaborative team environments.
