Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary owner for sustaining products, driving material readiness from mass production through End of Life (EOL). Lead seamless product transitions and serve as the material liaison for NPI launches.
  • Provide guidance to the contract manufacturers (CMs) to ensure continuity of supply. Optimize procurement, production scheduling, and capacity planning to meet global forecasts.
  • Identify supply chain vulnerabilities and lead weekly clear to build reviews to enhance supply, and commit accuracy.
  • Drive inventory management to hit service level targets and turnover goals. Reconcile Cost BOMs and bridge price gaps between suppliers and CMs to ensure cost accuracy.
  • Establish performance metrics and delivery KPIs. Communicate risks and status to executive leadership while spearheading process improvements to scale the team's impact.
