Role

The Regional Manager role will be employed by Remote and based in Taiwan, East Asia. The role will include providing services to the Student Recruitment department of Kaplan International Pathways (KIP) ANZ portfolio.

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and target-driven Regional Manager to drive growth across the East Asia region, with a particular focus on Taiwan. This role is responsible for delivering strong student recruitment outcomes across the full KIP ANZ portfolio.

The position is highly hands-on and involves managing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting partner agents across the region, and identifying opportunities to grow new business while maintaining and strengthening existing partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Regional Manager (East Asia) to deliver a multi-channel engagement strategy, with a focus on Taiwan
  • Promote KIP ANZ study options to agents, including courses, destinations, career outcomes, and application processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents, university partners, and key stakeholders across the region
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Respond to agent enquiries within agreed timeframes (48 business hours)
  • Provide regular market intelligence, competitor insights, and performance reporting against objectives
  • Identify and drive engagement opportunities, including events and partnerships, while evaluating ROI
  • Collaborate with internal teams (including Marketing and ANZ business units) to support regional initiatives and projects

Requirements

  • Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • 3–5 years experience in international student recruitment or overseas education
  • Strong understanding of the Australia and New Zealand international education sector, including compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across varied audiences
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel internationally and work flexibly, including outside standard business hours
