We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Regional HR Operations Partner to join our team in Taipei. This role will own and streamline core HR operations across multiple markets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency as we scale. This is a critical backbone role supporting payroll, statutory compliance, and HR processes across Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and other SEA markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Coordination: Manage and execute end-to-end monthly payroll across multiple countries, working with a mix of external vendors and in-house processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
- Compliance & Statutory: Track and ensure timely submission of all statutory requirements (tax, social security, filings) across markets
- HR Operations: Oversee onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee records with close attention to detail
- Vendor Management: Work closely with payroll and HR service providers; manage communication and resolve issues proactively
- Process & Documentation: Build and maintain clear HR SOPs, trackers, and documentation to improve consistency and reduce risk
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate HR data and support reporting needs for internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or HR Administration
- Experience supporting multi-country payroll or regional HR operations is a strong advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring, deadline-driven work
- Comfortable working with external vendors and cross-border stakeholders
- Organized, proactive, and able to operate with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in English is a strong advantage, particularly for engaging with regional stakeholders.
