Job Objective

As the Regional HR Head, this role is responsible for cascading global HR strategies and annual OKRs into region-specific actions that reflect local market dynamics and business priorities. It involves localizing and executing corporate HR initiatives to drive organizational and business growth through effective systems, talent management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications
