Job Description

  • Strategic Sales & Account Management
  • Own and grow assigned CSP, hyperscale, and enterprise data center accounts, with clear revenue and margin accountability.
  • Develop senior-level relationships with customer decision-makers across engineering, sourcing, operations, and executive teams.
  • Lead new customer and new market development, particularly for emerging data center architectures and power requirements.
  • Manage selected OEM/ODM accounts to expand design wins, influence platform adoption, and support end-customer pull-through.
  • Business Development & Market Expansion
  • Identify new opportunities in server power, data center infrastructure, telecom, and energy storage segments.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer demand assessment to shape account strategies and product roadmaps.
  • Drive design-in and platform adoption for next-generation power architectures (e.g. ORV3, customized CRPS/MCRPS solutions).
  • Support pricing strategy, commercial negotiation, and contract closure for large, complex deals.
  • Product & Project Collaboration
  • Act as the commercial lead across the end-to-end sales cycle, from RFQ and NPI through qualification, mass production, and ramp.
  • Work closely with R&D, product management, operations, and supply chain to ensure customer requirements are met on cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Translate customer technical and commercial requirements into clear internal action plans and execution milestones.
  • Participate in customer reviews, roadmap discussions, and solution alignment meetings.
  • Forecasting & Execution Excellence
  • Own opportunity management, pipeline development, and forecasting using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Maintain disciplined deal reviews, prioritization, and follow-up to ensure commitments are met.
  • Drive internal alignment on forecast accuracy, capacity planning, and revenue visibility.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and structured communication.

The Successful Applicant


  • 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the power supply / power solution industry.
  • Proven track record selling to CSPs, hyperscale data centers, enterprise, telecom, or networking customers.
  • Strong understanding of server power and data center power architectures.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex, technically driven sales engagements.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and product teams.
  • Solid experience with CRM systems, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate independently with strong execution discipline and accountability.
