Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns across channels (email, WhatsApp, website, etc.), including segmentation, content coordination, and scheduling
  • Support local market teams with campaign rollout and project follow-ups
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to translate strategies into actionable execution plans
  • Maintain and update WIP trackers, campaign calendars, and status documents
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign results, and recommend improvements
  • Bring clarity to unclear tasks and follow through without needing constant direction

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or campaign operations
  • Prior experience in a media buy agency or digital marketing agency is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills able to manage multiple deliverables in parallel
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for segmentation, performance tracking, and documentation
  • Clear communicator with excellent written documentation skills (recaps, notes, trackers)
  • Able to work across markets, time zones, and shifting priorities
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English

Nice To Have

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization
  • Knowledge of HTML or EDM tools
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle strategy
