Responsibilities
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns across channels (email, WhatsApp, website, etc.), including segmentation, content coordination, and scheduling
- Support local market teams with campaign rollout and project follow-ups
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to translate strategies into actionable execution plans
- Maintain and update WIP trackers, campaign calendars, and status documents
- Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign results, and recommend improvements
- Bring clarity to unclear tasks and follow through without needing constant direction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or campaign operations
- Prior experience in a media buy agency or digital marketing agency is highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills able to manage multiple deliverables in parallel
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for segmentation, performance tracking, and documentation
- Clear communicator with excellent written documentation skills (recaps, notes, trackers)
- Able to work across markets, time zones, and shifting priorities
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
Nice To Have
- Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization
- Knowledge of HTML or EDM tools
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Understanding of customer lifecycle strategy
