Regional Campaigns Operations & Business Support Executive

We're hiring in Taiwan

At Partipost, we run influencer marketing campaigns across 8 markets in Asia, helping brands scale authentic word-of-mouth through creators.

Over the past year, we've seen a growing number of Korean and Taiwanese brands expanding into Southeast Asia, and our regional team working on these cross-border campaigns is growing.

We're now looking for a Campaign Operations & Business Support Executive based in Taiwan to support our regional business development team (Korea and Taiwan).

As the team focuses on building partnerships, pitching campaigns, and closing deals, this role helps ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes from preparing proposals to coordinating campaign launches across our internal teams.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing client proposals and campaign decks
• Coordinating the launch of influencer campaigns across multiple markets
• Working with commercial and finance teams to ensure smooth execution
• Tracking timelines and supporting campaign reporting
• Helping manage multiple regional campaigns at once

Who we're looking for:

• Based in Taiwan
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable coordinating across teams
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Interested in marketing, creators, and cross-border brands
