Recruitment Expert-Douyin E-commerce (Beijing/Shanghai)

1. Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process management of the Chinese e-commerce team, deeply understand the business, grasp recruitment needs, and build an excellent talent echelon for the rapidly growing business 2. Responsible for mid-to-high-end talent search, as well as full-process management such as interviews, offers, and onboarding follow-up 3. Manage recruitment channels, such as headhunting channel management/recruitment website resource management 4. Responsible for recruitment-related projects, such as campus recruitment, talent mapping, high-end talent recruitment, etc. 5. Analyze recruitment data and funnels to improve recruitment effectiveness 6. Recruit and train HR interns.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in the recruitment field 2. Good project execution and promotion abilities 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, high interpersonal sensitivity and influence 4. Love recruitment and strong self-motivation.
