The Greater China Consulting Recruiting Coordinator is a key member of the Consulting HR Team in Greater China. Working within the Recruiting Team, he/she will coordinate campus campaigns and the industry recruiting process, manage the onboarding of new hires, oversee the PTA program, and support the overall development of the Recruiting Team. The Coordinator will also collaborate closely with members of the Consulting Team and the broader Consulting HR teams across Greater China, Asia Pacific, and Global levels to ensure a high-quality recruiting experience for the Greater China Consulting team.
The successful candidate for the Consulting Recruiting Coordinator role should be well-organized, service-oriented, efficient, and sharp. He/she thrives in a dynamic working environment involving professionals across various levels and demonstrates a strong drive for excellence. A keen interest in learning about general HR topics as well as recruiting practices is essential, along with a high level of motivation to develop new approaches in recruiting. Proficiency in managing data and performing analysis using tools such as Excel is also required.
Principal duties and responsibilities including but not limited to:
Lead and support the Consulting candidate recruiting process:
- Create and post marketing content for recruiting campaigns
- Proactively identify, source, engage, assess, and manage high-quality candidates throughout the full candidate lifecycle
- Build talent pipelines to fill current and future roles, helping to improve time-to-hire metrics
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and interviewers
- Utilize the applicant tracking system to actively track, manage, and report on candidate pipelines
- Support the offer and conversion process for offerees
Lead and support the new hires&apos onboard process
- Work with other HR functions to prepare the related documents and process
Manage the PTA (Part-Time Assistant) Program in collaboration with the team:
- Support recruiting, training, and staffing activities for PTAs
- Own timesheet tracking and coordinate with Finance for timely and accurate payments
Other ad-hoc requests as needed
Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor degree, preferably with business or HR focus
- 5-8 years of experience in a professional services environment; Advantage with experience in HR field or experience in structured candidate sourcing experience gained in a leading retained search or professional services environment, including a proven history of identifying, attracting and managing top talent from industry;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Comfortable with IT/system tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities, high attention to details and is tenacious with follow-ups
- Able to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline driven and serviceoriented environment
