Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Recruiter to lead our early-career recruitment initiatives across Taiwan and Singapore.

This role will focus on building university relationships, managing internship and graduate hiring programs, and recruiting junior-level talent. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in campus recruitment, enjoys engaging with students and universities, and can work flexibly in a fast-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, career centers, professors, student organizations, and other campus partners.

• Plan and execute campus recruitment activities, including career fairs, information sessions, campus events, and employer branding campaigns.

• Manage internship and fresh graduate programs across Taiwan and Singapore, from workforce planning and sourcing to selection, onboarding, and program follow-up.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand junior-level hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for interns, fresh graduates, and junior-level positions.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines through universities, online platforms, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.

• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding activities, and communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates and hiring data to key stakeholders.

• Support regional talent acquisition projects and other recruitment initiatives as needed.

• Travel to universities, recruitment events, and company locations in Taiwan and Singapore when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.

• Hands-on experience in campus recruitment, internship programs, graduate hiring, or other early-career recruitment projects.

• Strong passion for recruitment and engaging with students and early-career talent.

• Good project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment.

• Flexible, proactive, and willing to take ownership of recruitment projects.

• Willing and able to travel based on business needs.

• Good command of both Mandarin and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting recruitment activities across multiple locations or countries.

• Experience recruiting for engineering, technology, manufacturing, or corporate functions.

• Familiarity with recruitment systems, LinkedIn, job boards, and campus recruitment channels.

• Experience organizing employer branding or university engagement events.
