Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the fast-growing imaging business: recommendation algorithms in creative tools such as cutouts, wake-up pictures, and light faces optimize the core recommendation algorithms & strategies across the entire link (very large-scale machine learning systems such as recall, rough ranking, fine ranking, etc.), build an industry-leading recommendation system, and inspire users creative inspiration 2. Optimize the distribution efficiency of content created by cutouts, splash pictures, and Qingyan on multiple platforms and full links such as Douyin, to maximize the post-creation experience of users 3. In-depth understanding of the role needs of users and platforms, and through continuous technological innovation and iteration, drive the healthy and sustainable growth of user creative experience, user consumption experience, platform revenue, and trendy content 4. Independently take charge of a module in the business scenario, work closely with the product and operation teams, conduct in-depth understanding and analysis of the behavior of users and creators, and formulate targeted algorithm strategies to promote healthy ecological development.
Qualifications
1. Have excellent coding skills, solid data structure and algorithm skills 2. Have solid machine learning/deep learning theory and rich practical experience, and be familiar with at least one mainstream deep learning programming framework 3. Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving abilities, and full of passion for solving challenging problems 4. Applicants who are familiar with one or more of machine learning, natural language processing, and data mining, have published papers at top conferences, or won awards in competitions such as ACM/machine learning, or have experience in recommender systems, computational advertising, and search engine related fields will be given priority.
