Key Responsibilities

Develop next generation photosensitive material & related technologies for printed circuit board (PCB) and other photolithographic applications.

Explore new monomer design and polymer structure through patent landscape analysis, fundamental understanding, experiment design, data analysis, and result interpretation.

Establish polymer characterization to facilitate new product development.

Coordinate pilot scale production to speed up product commercialization.

Create strong relationships with internal/external groups, as well as external vendors.

Qualifications

PhD degree in Polymer chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry is required.

Experience In Condensation Polymerization And Organic Synthesis Are Required.

Experience in design and synthesis charged polymers are a plus.

Experience in formulation development, DOE experience and industrial working experience is a plus.

Independent researcher as well as team player.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluent in English & Mandarin.

Be able to travel to US and within Asia.
