Key Responsibilities
- Assists with the managing of Quality Management data, including creation, updates, and deletion
- Assist with the Hsinchu Production - RCS, Rapid Customer Sampling, HVM (High Volume Manufacturing, Hsinchu Scale Up and the E&I EDM team for new data management specific to the Hsinchu CMPT work processes
- Maintain the data for quality planning to maintain standard reports related to material master.
- Managing SAP QM in material management for Batch Management activities (i.e. final packaging label discrepancies)
- Create Master Inspection Characteristics and define inspection specifications for the materials for Quality Planning.
- Provide technical expertise, support in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP QM Focal point for CofA issues at the Newark warehouse
Liaison between the plant, the E&I Quality System Data Architect, the E&I EDM team, the Hsinchu HVM, LVM, Scale Up and PQE team, and the Hsinchu Process Data Team
Ability to manage projects to prevent potential escape events
Initial Focal point for any issues on the CofA Validation Tool
For any issues in QDW when the CofA shows green, the E&I Quality Data Architect will be the main Focal Point. For any issues in QDW when the CofA shows Red, the Data Management Analyst will be the main Focal Point.
- Support Data Processing Team and Manufacturing to identify / resolve issues with Quality Data Applications
- Triggered Inspections for Customer Returns and Recurring Inspections
- Configured the Materials for Recurring Inspection and Miscellaneous Inspection Types.
- Experience in the interfacing of Engineering Database with the SAP QM module.
- Conducts investigations to address stakeholder complaints.
- Assists in the learning of others.
- Originates and improves technical documents and procedures.
- Makes decisions as necessary to meet team and individual performance objectives with a continual improvement in performance.
- Identifies alternatives to existing job tasks or processes and offers suggestions for improvement.
- Studies best practices that can be applied to improve work tasks and processes.

Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of relevant experience with SAP MM/QM
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both local language and English language.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as internet research tools
- Experience working independently with minimal guidance.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment.
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Must be able to work flexible working hours.
