Quality Leader/Supervisor

Main Responsiblities:

1.Have basic knowledge of ISO9001 standards

有ISO9001的基本了解和知识

2.Lead Quality Problem solving activities, such as Customer Complaints, Internal and supplier quality issue.

领导质量问题的处理,如顾客投诉、内部及供应商质量问题.

3.Collect ,manage and analysis quality data, monitor and trend of product quality

收集,整理, 分析质量收据,分析并监控产品质量趋势

4.Monitor the product quality performance on shop floor and follow up corrective & preventive action.

监控产品质量,跟踪纠正和预防措施的落实验证

5.Developing, revising and maintaining quality control、inspecting, testing and evaluating standards from receiving、in-process through outgoing.

Understand customer requirements and transfer to internal function department.

负责制定、修改和维护质量控制、检验、测试及评估的标准

理解并汇总客户的特殊要求,并传达到公司相关部门。

6.Other task assigned by supervisor.

Basic Requirements基本要求:

1、Possess a University Technical background or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years working experience in the quality control

具有本科以上或同等学历机械背景,5年以上质量方面工作经验.

2、Knowledge of quality tools, such as Control Plans、PFMEA、PPAP、8D report、SPC、MSA、GD&T etc.

熟悉控制计划、PFMEA、PPAP、8D report、SPC、MSA、GD&T

3、Excellent interpersonal skills- dealing with customers and various departments in a multicultural environment.

有良好的沟通能力,处理客户与各部门之间的相关问题

4、Good English spoken and written

良好的英语口头和书写能力

5、Experience of electrical quality control is preferred
