We're looking for a proactive QHSE Advisor based in Taipei, Taiwan, to play a key role in driving our commitment to an incident-free work environment while supporting the continuous improvement of our Integrated Management System (IMS).

What You'll Do

As QHSE Advisor, you will work closely with the Head of QHSE and operational teams to:

  • Support the development and continual improvement of our Integrated Management System (IMS) and QHSE documentation
  • Conduct internal, supplier and subcontractor audits in line with audit plans
  • Participate in and lead ISO and client audits
  • Prepare and review Quality & HSE Plans, Bridging Documents and Risk Assessments
  • Facilitate risk assessments and job safety analysis sessions with project teams
  • Support QHSE elements of pre-qualifications, tenders and client submissions
  • Maintain accurate QHSE records and client databases
  • Deliver office orientations and new hire inductions
  • Coordinate QHSE training and health surveillance with the People team
  • Produce QHSE reports and facilitate QHSE meetings
  • Conduct site visits across offices, workshops and vessels.

What You'll Need

You're a confident communicator who can engage effectively at all levels of an organisation and across diverse cultures. You're organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities and the following expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards
  • Experience in operational QHSE roles within Oil & Gas, Offshore Wind or Maritime environments
  • Understanding of relevant health, safety and environmental legislation
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
  • Lead ISO Auditor qualification
  • Lead Incident Investigator qualification (e.g., Kelvin TopSet)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Professional institute membership is advantageous.
