岗位职责:
- 制定 QC 標準作業流程(SOP)、檢驗規範、品質制度
- 規劃年度品質改善計畫與 KPI
- 管控原物料、製程、成品的品質指標
- 主導異常問題分析(5Why、Fishbone、8D、DMAIC)
- 跨部門協調與改善推動
任职要求:
- 大學以上學歷, 具備英文溝通能力,口语精通。
- 5年以上品质工作&1年以上品質管理相關經驗,重点QC流程,约30人,偏电子件,组装。
- 熟悉 IQC / IPQC / FQC / OQC 流程管理
- 了解 ISO 9001、IATF 16949、ISO 14001 等標準
- 熟悉 5Why、8D、RCA、FMEA(PFMEA、DFMEA)
- 統計分析、品質指標管理
