Job Description

Role Summary:

Responsible for planning, organizing, and administering all aspects of technical and regulatory training, this role manages annual training plans, classroom and OJT delivery, exam administration, and instructor qualification processes. The position ensures training records and certifications are accurately maintained across multiple systems, supports compliance with Civil Aviation Administration requirements, and oversees training tools, materials, and classroom readiness to enable safe, high-quality, and timely training for all personnel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and execute annual training plans, including course scheduling, demand collection, and training expiry management
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of classroom and OJT training (planning, notices, materials, tools, attendance, and completion tracking)
  • Prepare, manage, and correct training examinations, including English test papers, exam logistics, and results recording
  • Create and maintain training courses and textbooks; review and approve course applications and training materials
  • Maintain instructor qualification records, support qualification reviews, and arrange initial and recurrent instructor training
  • Administer training and qualification data in systems (HPC, SUNNET LEARNING), including record input, updates for personnel changes, and refresher course setup
  • Manage tools and teaching aids, including inventory counting, maintenance, and usage control for training activities
  • Oversee training classroom readiness, including equipment upkeep, layout, and cleanliness
  • Coordinate Repairman examinations: candidate pre-screening, exam bank review, scheduling, examiner assignment, and exam room setup
  • Archive, scan, and submit examination and training documentation to regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with Civil Aviation Administration requirements
  • Manage CAA license roster, including certificate renewal tracking and coordination of license collection

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Human Resources, Aviation, Engineering, or equivalent)
  • Relevant years of experience in delivering training, coordinating courses, and supporting or facilitating license/examination processes
  • Strong English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with a TOEIC score of 750+
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive, with strong communication, coordination, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
