Work content:
1. Perform daily recruitment operations (resume screening, letter invitations, telephone interviews, interview arrangements and interviews)
2. Personnel appointment review process and appointment registration operations
3. Implement recruitment-related projects and reporting systems Planning work
4. Implement education and training courses related to personnel welfare
5. Compile relevant management methods and optimize operating procedures
6. Expand multiple recruitment channels and proactively contact suitable candidates
7. Other tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
More than 3 years of practical experience in recruitment, interviewing and appointment in financial related industries
Experience in recruiting professional or insurance business personnel is preferred
Goal-oriented, willing to share and communicate, and like teamwork
Job responsibilities
Recruitment budget preparation and control
- Responsible for annual and project budget planning, preparation and execution control
- Regularly track budget usage, analyze differences and make adjustments suggestions
- Assist in formulating recruitment-related expense standards and review processes
- Ensure that all expenses are in compliance Internal control standards
Recruitment project effectiveness analysis
- Establish and optimize recruitment project effectiveness evaluation indicators
- Regularly produce recruitment effectiveness analysis reports and propose optimization suggestions
- Track various recruitment activities, Benefits generated by project investment
Recruitment pipeline management and recruitment bonus system optimization
- Calculation and payment of monthly recruitment project bonuses
- Maintenance and optimization of pipeline new and resigned manpower reports
