Description
- Provide technical expertise and take lead FEL activities for all capital project in plantwide.
- Develop cost estimate for all minor capital project
- Charge in commission and commercialization activity planning and execution.
- Deliver preventive and predictive maintenance design with FEL and detail design to all facilities in downtime reduction as much as possible.
- Contributes to the initial and draft maintenance procedures/standards to support commissioning activities.
- Involve improvement project and minor capital project related mechanical part for early equipment management to ensure future reliability & maintainability.
- Manage QC inspection /Cost analysis /Design /Standard /Fabrication check in project execution.
- Develop datasheet/specifications for mechanical equipment & materials for procurement.
- Lead & review production design including piping design.
- Provide construction inputs to cost estimates, cost control and integrated Project Schedule.
- Support construction activities, provide guidance to the construction contractors and ensure all construction best practices are followed.
- Be responsible for construction quality and delivery of the facility according to the design requirement.
- Lead site CAPEX review and update capital plan to meet business needs.
- Act as reconciler for all projects and provide spending outlook by monthly.
- Support site PSM MIQA tasks implementation.
- Familiar with ASME, NFPA and international engineering code.
Qualifications
- College, Bachelor or Master Degree.
- Major in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related.
- Five years capital project management and FEL & EPCm execution experiences.
- Experienced in AutoCAD and MS Project application will be plus.
- Equipped certification of Project Management, Class B certification of Mechanical field or equal one will be plus.
