Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead Server projects from implementation through mass production in a hardware/ODM environment.

This role is responsible for driving project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery, resolving technical and resource-related issues, and coordinating cross-functional teams and client communication.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, execution-driven, and capable of improving project processes to enhance overall efficiency.

International travel or assignment to Mexico is required.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience
• Experience in hardware / manufacturing / ODM industry
• Familiar with Agile / PMP concepts
• Skilled in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Willing to travel / relocate to Mexico

Preferred Qualifications

• Server or data center project experience
• Experience in issue resolution or process improvement
• Experience working with global teams
