In this role, you are not just a Project Manager—you are the driving force behind project success:
- End-to-End International Software Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle, covering planning, analysis, design, development, verification, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Cross-Functional R&D Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D team to translate innovative ideas and technical requirements into actionable results.
- Timeline & Milestone Tracking: Coordinate project progress to ensure all milestones are delivered on schedule.
- Change & Risk Management: Proactively address scope changes and project risks, proposing effective solutions and driving cross-departmental issue resolution.
- Client-Facing Partnership: Collaborate with the sales team to interface with clients, ensuring project requirements are accurately implemented.
Qualifications & Requirements
- :1–3+ years of experience in project management or related roles; a background in Computer Science, IT, or related fields is a plus
- .Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills to conduct requirement alignment and business presentations with global brand partners
- .Multi-Tasking & Problem-Solving: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, deliver within tight deadlines, and solve complex problems independently
