Focus on delivery of decentralized applications, blockchain integrations, and crypto-related features from inception to deployment.
Job Duties:
- Develop project plan, manage timeline, allocate resources and define milestones
- Act as main contact point between business users, developers, stakeholders and coordinate with engineering, design, product, marketing, and community teams
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks for smart contracts, blockchain integrations, and decentralized infrastructure
- Oversee testing, audits, and security reviews for Quality Assurance
- documentation of project specifications, progress reports, and user guides
- Monitor budgets, resource allocations and vendor relationships
- Ensure transparent and timely communication regarding project status, roadblocks, and deliverables
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Over 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within blockchain, Web3, or crypto-related industries
- Understanding of blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Solana, etc.), DeFi, NFTs, and DAOs
- Familiar with smart contract development cycles and open-source ecosystems
- Knowledge of compliance, KYC/AML, and regulatory frameworks in crypto markets
- Excellent communication with analytical mindset and a passion for emerging technologies
