We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee project planning, coordination, and execution while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project schedules, tracking deliverables, coordinating communication between departments, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively. This role involves identifying project risks, developing strategic solutions, monitoring progress, and maintaining clear documentation throughout all project phases. The Project Manager will also support resource allocation, facilitate team collaboration, prepare project reports, and ensure that quality standards and operational objectives are consistently achieved. In addition, the role requires maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, supporting process improvements, and driving successful project outcomes through effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of performance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of project planning, coordination, and execution processes

• Proficiency in project management tools, reporting systems, and workflow tracking

• Ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple project deliverables effectively

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support team coordination

• Knowledge of risk management, project documentation, and quality control practices

• Capability to monitor project progress and recommend process improvements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, or a related field

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are a plus

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment

• Proficiency in preparing presentations, reports, and project status updates

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining project efficiency and accuracy
