Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Singapore. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for structural steel, modular, and construction projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to define project scopes, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role involves monitoring progress on-site, resolving issues, managing risks, and preparing regular project reports and documentation. The Project Manager will also drive continuous improvement in processes, support procurement and logistics planning, and ensure projects are completed safely, within scope, and on budget.

Qualifications

  • Strong project leadership, with demonstrated experience in Project Management for construction, structural steel, or related engineering projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Inspection processes, quality control, and compliance with relevant codes and safety regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across site and office teams.
  • Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and ensuring project timelines are met.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and BIM or CAD is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to work safely, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems proactively in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Previous experience in Singapore's building and infrastructure sector, and knowledge of local regulations, will be highly beneficial.
