Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end IT Infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery within approved scope, timelines, budget, quality, and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, budgets, and project success criteria.
  • Manage multiple medium to high-complexity infrastructure projects simultaneously across local, regional, and global teams.
  • Drive project execution and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure, IT, Business, PMO, external vendors, and customers.
  • Monitor and track project deliverables, dependencies, progress, issues, risks, and constraints throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify potential risks and issues proactively, develop mitigation plans, and drive timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, actual spend tracking, financial reporting, and project financial closure.
  • Manage infrastructure projects with budgets of approximately USD 500K or above.
  • Provide regular project status updates and communicate project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, and benefits to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions and action items, and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
  • Maintain project documentation, activity schedules, request logs, SLA reports, project dashboards, and other PMO reporting requirements.
  • Gather business and user requirements and support the development of business cases and tactical implementation plans.
  • Secure, coordinate, and manage internal and external project resources required for successful delivery.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with organizational standards, PMO governance, compliance procedures, and quality expectations.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and build strong working relationships across business, IT, regional, and global teams.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors, service providers, and external partners to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, optimize timelines and budgets, and develop reusable templates and process documentation.
  • Support the implementation of IT roadmap initiatives and portfolio-level strategic objectives.
  • Proactively anticipate emerging business or customer needs and recommend effective infrastructure solutions.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management within large and complex cross-functional environments.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end infrastructure projects, including planning, design, implementation, execution, monitoring, and project closure.
  • Strong experience leading regional or multi-country infrastructure projects involving local, regional, and global stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience managing medium to high-complexity projects with budgets of USD 500K or more.
  • Experience in developing implementation plans, project schedules, budgets, financial forecasts, and project reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure project delivery, PMO governance, project lifecycle management, risk management, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working closely with Infrastructure, IT, Business, vendors, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Plant, Data Center (DC), M&A, or infrastructure design-phase projects would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment is preferred.
  • Experience working within a PMO environment is an added advantage.
  • Experience with Lifecycle Management projects and Telecommunications/Telco providers is a plus.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other recognized Project Management certifications are preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management capabilities.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while working under tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently as well as within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong ability to build credibility, trust, and effective relationships with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
