Jobs Responsibilities
- Manage the planning and delivery of infrastructure and workplace technology projects, ensuring agreed scope, timelines and quality standards are achieved.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies and deliverables monitor progress and drive timely completion of project activities.
- Coordinate implementation activities across infrastructure, security, application and business teams to manage interdependencies and delivery requirements.
- Identify project risks, issues and potential delays establish mitigation plans, track actions and escalate critical matters where necessary.
- Manage internal stakeholders, project sponsors and external vendors facilitate project meetings, workshops, status reviews and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Maintain project governance and reporting, including status updates, documentation, deliverable tracking and project closure activities.
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in infrastructure project management, preferably within banking, financial services or a large enterprise environment.
- Hands on experience managing infrastructure, workplace technology, migration or implementation projects.
- Strong project planning, risk and issue management, vendor coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with structured project governance and delivery methodologies able to manage projects independently as an individual contributor.
