Project Manager for Japan IT Industry

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Neihu District. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, coordination, and execution in connection with the Japanese IT industry. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, expediting tasks as needed, managing logistics and inspections, and ensuring timely delivery. The Project Manager will also liaise with stakeholders to meet project expectations and resolve challenges effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution of projects
• Experience in Expediting and Expeditor work, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables
• Proficiency in Inspection and quality control processes
• Expertise in Logistics Management and supply chain coordination
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
• Proficiency in Japanese (JPLT N1 or N2) and English is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in Japan's IT industry is a plus
