Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and proactive Project Manager to join CTO office, focus on early-stage and exploratory projects related to emerging technologies. This role suits someone who is interested in new technologies, enjoys working with diverse teams, and is eager to turn new ideas into actionable projects. You will play a key role in shaping and coordinating early-stage technology initiatives, working with internal teams and external partners to explore feasibility, define direction, and move ideas toward pilot or proof-of-concept stages. Key Responsibilities: Research and Analysis: Conduct preliminary research on emerging topics relevant to the organization, synthesizing findings to develop a comprehensive point of view that informs strategies and discussions. Early-Stage Project Coordination Lead and coordinate projects from concept to prototype or pilot phase, structuring unclear ideas into feasible plans. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to explore feasibility, define objectives, and identify potential use cases. Stakeholder and Partner Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align project goals, priorities, and resources. Engage with external partners such as startups, research institutes, and academia to facilitate technology collaboration. Communicate project insights, status updates, and strategic recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders, fostering alignment and accountability.
