Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives
- Collaborate with development teams to estimate work, define milestones, and manage resources
- Drive results through cross-functional teams from design to rollout
- Track progress, resolve dependencies, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholders
- Design and track key metrics, using data to inform decisions
- Blockchain Expertise: Apply strong understanding of blockchain technology (consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, dApps)
- Orchestrate technology initiatives with business feature deliveries, balancing technical and business priorities
- Facilitate and maintain clear documentation for various audiences (e.g., support playbooks, API documentation)
- Optimize deployment workflows and improve knowledge sharing within the team
Requirements: - 5+ years of project and/or program management experience in a software applications environment
- Strong understanding of software development, architecture, and infrastructure
- Blockchain Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technology and its applications
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies; Scrum Master experience a plus
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across business units
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to align diverse teams toward common goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in facilitating meetings, driving outcomes and summarizing documentation
- Experience establishing processes and driving automation initiatives
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence
- PMP, CSM, PSM, or ACP certifications preferred
