Job Description

Position Title: Project Engineer

Your Job

As a Project Engineer within the Reliability Engineering team, you will serve as a key leadership resource supporting management by coordinating, leading, and driving cable projects. Your primary focus is to ensure successful product launches and efficient, high-speed engineering execution across multiple concurrent projects.

Our Team

You will be part of the Reliability Engineering team, collaborating closely with Product Design Engineering (PDE), validation, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource allocation, and task tracking for all assigned cable projects.
  • Lead coordination efforts across multiple projects to ensure milestones and deadlines are consistently met.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively within the team to optimize workload management and project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify gaps, and facilitate cross-functional communication to resolve technical or resource issues promptly.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for project updates, status reporting, and deliverable management to internal stakeholders, including the PDE team.
  • Ensure projects comply with company validation methodologies and systems, maintaining high standards for reliability testing and validation.
  • Provide regular updates and risk assessments to management and other key stakeholders.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (required).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing engineering or validation projects, preferably in cable systems development.
  • Strong coordination, leadership, and project management skills, capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for effective cross-team collaboration and reporting.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

What Will Put You Ahead


  • Specialization or experience in DVP (Design Verification Plan) validation methodologies and systems.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-moving engineering environment with a focus on reliability testing.
  • Familiarity with modern validation and project management tools or software.
