Project Co-ordinator II

The Department of Finance of the CUHK Business School (also known as the Faculty of Business Administration) is seeking a high‑calibre, dynamic individual to join MSc in Finance Programme Office. Reporting to the Programme Director(s) and Programme Manager, the appointee will oversee the operational lifecycle of the designated MSc programme, playing a pivotal role in programme administration and student engagement.

The appointee will be responsible for (a) managing the admissions processes and serving as the primary contact point to support incoming students and responding promptly to applicant enquiries, including handling emergency situations effectively (b)overseeing curriculum management, including assessment administration and academic quality assurance procedures (c) supporting student development and engagement activities for both current students and alumni(d) managing day-to-day programme operation and administration, and programme budgets and (e) performing any other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree (ii) at least 4 years post-qualification work experience, preferably at a tertiary institution (iii) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) (iv) strong organisational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and (v) self-motivation, and the ability to work collaboratively as a team member and independently to meet the goals and deadlines. Having knowledge of the operation of Masters programmes is an advantage.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
