Project Co-ordinator II

The MSc in Leadership for Experience Economy (MSc LEE) Programme at the School of Hotel and Tourism Management, CUHK Business School, is inviting applications for the position of Project Co-ordinator II to support programme-related administration.

The appointee will be responsible for (a) assisting in student admissions, including responsibilities such as vetting applications, handling admission data and documents, and arranging interviews and other admission activities (b) planning and co-ordinating programme activities and events, such as student engagement activities and industry partnership events (c) processing expense claims (d) supporting the programme's marketing plans (e) assisting in daily administration and student affairs and (f) performing other tasks as assigned. Occasional flexible working hours may be required to support programme activities and events.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree or above (ii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua) (iii) at least 2 years work experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector (iv)solid computer skills and high proficiency in MS Office applications (v) the ability to work both independently and as a team member and (vi) a self-motivated attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent attentiveness to detail. Prior experience in programme admissions and social media management will be an advantage.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity commencing May 2026, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
