Project Co-ordinator II

The appointee will be responsible for a project about end-of-life care for people with intellectual disabilities. Duties include (a) clinical assessment (b) clinical consultation (c) project management and (d) performing other tasks as assigned.

Applicants should have/ be (i) a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related disciplines (ii) a registered Social Worker certificated by the Social Workers Registration Board (iii) at least 3 years post-registration work experience, preferably related to palliative care or geriatrics (iv) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese) (v) good communication skills (vi) good computer skills (vii) the ability to multitask and work independently and (viii) a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.

Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to 2 years (with contract-end gratuity for a 2-year contract) commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
