Project Co-ordinator II

Are you passionate about education, innovation, and digital transformation Join us at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering as a Project Co-ordinator II, where you will play a key role in advancing the Knowledge and Education Exchange Platform (KEEP) and VeriGuide-two impactful initiatives that support learning, integrity, and outreach.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Promotion, Development and Advancement Team, contributing to strategic communications, project operations, and stakeholder engagement.

The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations of projects and teams, including personnel co-ordination, recruitment logistics, onboarding, secretarial support for meetings, and fostering effective communication with internal and external stakeholders (b) providing comprehensive support to KEEP and VeriGuide products by responding to user enquiries and feedback, and preparing reports, promotional materials, websites, and videos for team projects, grants, fundraising, and academic initiatives (c) planning, organising, and executing promotion and admission events and activities of various scales, including the development and implementation of branding and promotional strategies aligned with team goals (d) enhancing brand awareness through creation and management of promotional content on social media and other platforms, as well as engaging in business development activities and (e) performing other ad hoc duties as assigned to support the Team's objectives and project success.
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business, Language Studies, or related disciplines (ii) at least 1 to 2 years relevant work experience, ideally in Marketing, Event Management, Branding, Multimedia Production, or Personnel Coordination (iii) strong interpersonal and communication skills (iv) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) (v) a detail-oriented mindset with strong organisational and presentation skills and (vi) a good level of creativity, self-motivation, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative mindset. Having resilience and an entrepreneurial spirit will be advantageous.

Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
