Project Co-ordinator II
The appointee will work at Tai Po Hospital and will be responsible for (a) co-ordinating and managing research and community engagement projects related to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) (b) overseeing data collection, management, and analysis to support ongoing research initiatives (c) liaising with research participants, professional teams, NGOs, and community partners to facilitate collaboration and outreach activities (d) assisting in financial and administrative duties including budgeting, bookkeeping, procurement, and documentation (e) supervising and supporting research and project assistants to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of project milestones (f) contributing to the planning, promotion, and implementation of new programmes and training initiatives under the newly established Centre and Certificate Course (g) preparing reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders and (h) providing administrative and logistical support, and performing any other duties as assigned by the senior management. Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Social Sciences or related disciplines (ii) relevant experience in research or project co-ordination, particularly in the field of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or child development (iii) experience in team supervision and administrative management (iv) sound knowledge of data management, budgeting, and book-keeping (v) a proactive and detail-oriented work attitude, with the capability to work independently (vi) strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine interest in working with diverse individuals and communities (vii) good problem-solving skills with a creative and resourceful mindset to contribute to new initiatives and programme development and (viii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
Appointment will be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.

The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) is a public research university in Shatin, Hong Kong, formally established in 1963 by a charter granted by the Legislative Council of Hong Kong. It is the territory's second-oldest university and was founded as a federation of three existing colleges – Chung Chi College, New Asia College and United College – the oldest of which was founded in 1949.
