Reporting to the Team Head within the Marketing and Admissions team (M&A team) of the MBA Programme Office (the Office), the successful candidate will serve as the key co-ordinator for the end-to-end admission process. This role is responsible for providing support on admission matters and general office administration for the M&A team.
The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing all-rounded administrative support to MBA programmes admissions process, including organising and scheduling admissions interviews and group chats, co-ordinating with interview panel, conducting document checks and vetting, maintaining admissions records, and liaising with faculty and the University's Graduate School on admissions matters (b) preparing and compiling admission statistics and reports, and conducting intelligence analysis on admission or market trends in the region as required (c) working closely with other functional teams to ensure smooth execution of admissions operation such as partnering with Stakeholder Learning and Development (SLD) team on prospect handover (d) providing general office administration support for the M&A team, including processing financial payments, reimbursements and other logistical tasks (e) monitoring scholarships and managing logistical arrangements (f) working at flexible hours, including weekends for student recruitment activities and (g) undertaking additional duties as assigned by the Directors as required by the Office.
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree (ii) at least 2 years post-qualification executive experience, preferably in tertiary education sector (iii) proven self-motivation and a strong sense of accountability (iv) the ability to work effectively as a team player (v) proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word-processing applications and (vi) proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including fluency in Putonghua). Shortlisted candidates may be invited to sit for a written test.
Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.

The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) is a public research university in Shatin, Hong Kong, formally established in 1963 by a charter granted by the Legislative Council of Hong Kong. It is the territory's second-oldest university and was founded as a federation of three existing colleges – Chung Chi College, New Asia College and United College – the oldest of which was founded in 1949.
