Project Co-ordinator II (carrying the job title of Senior Executive)The appointee will work at the Faculty and Planning Office, Faculty of Medicine at the Prince of Wales Hospital, and is expected to provide administrative and secretarial support for the Faculty Dean. Reporting to the Senior Manager of the Dean's Office, the appointee will be responsible for (a) co-ordinating appointments, organising and facilitating meetings and special events for the Dean and the Faculty (b) providing administrative and secretarial support for committees (c) drafting and editing letters, speeches and messages (d) co-ordinating duty trips of the Faculty (e.g. making travel arrangements and obtaining necessary approvals) (e) screening, evaluating and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, as well as handling enquiries and preparing responses as appropriate (f) providing office support and (g) performing other tasks as assigned.Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree (ii) at least 2 years post-qualification executive or secretarial experience (iii) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) (iv) a high level of computer literacy (v) excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills (vi) a meticulous and self-motivated work attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and (vii) good team spirit with high flexibility and adaptability.
