Project Assistant II
The appointee will be responsible for a project about end-of-life care for people with intellectual disabilities. Duties include (a) providing clerical support to project management (b) providing support to data management (c) assisting in activity promotion and organisation (d) drafting, editing, and preparing engaging social media posts to raise public awareness of the project and related end-of-life care topics (e) assisting in video production, preparation and co-ordination with production teams and (f) performing other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have (i) completed secondary education (ii) Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese and English (syllabus B) OR any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese and English): Level 2 or above in NSS subjects, Attained or above in ApL subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects), and Grade E or above in Other Language subjects (iii) fast and accurate Chinese and English word-processing skill (iv) at least 2 years work experience, preferably in information technology, informatics, health, psychology, social science, or related disciplines (v) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (vi) competent information technology skills (vii) strong co-ordination skills (viii) a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation and (ix) the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) is a public research university in Shatin, Hong Kong, formally established in 1963 by a charter granted by the Legislative Council of Hong Kong. It is the territory's second-oldest university and was founded as a federation of three existing colleges – Chung Chi College, New Asia College and United College – the oldest of which was founded in 1949.
