  • More than 10 years of solid experience in managing semiconductor manufacturing operations
  • Led a team of 80+ staff across engineers, supervisors, and technicians
  • Plan and supervise shift operations, including material handling, assembly, testing, and product inspection.
  • Review production and test schedules, material resources, test equipment, and manpower requirements.
  • Evaluate and update capacity planning for assigned manufacturing areas.
  • Plan, develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods, processes, operations, and equipment for both new and existing products.
